Paula Harris - Childminder
I have been a childminder since September 2014. Before childminding, I worked as a nursery room manager caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. I have over 30 years' experience in childcare.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years and Education
- BA (Hons) Early Years and Childhood Studies
- Designated Lead Safeguarding
- Paediatric First Aid
- Makaton trained
- Working towards Curiosity Approach accreditation
Wayne Harris - Childminder Assistant
Wayne joined the setting in June 2024 after registering as an Ofsted-approved assistant. He brings a positive male role model and enables school collections and expanded care.
